VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) –Five months after a Valdosta pedestrian was struck by an SUV and killed, a suspect has been charged. 20-year old Travis Biles surrendered Friday morning, accused in the death of a Moody Air Force Base airman. 25-year old David Horney was walking along the North Oak Street Extension early on the morning of January 16th when he was hit by a Ford Expedition. Biles is charged with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, and a misdemeanor marijuana charge.
