Albany – Albany police have arrested 33-year old Terry Roberson and charged him with vehicular homicide in the hit and run death of 66-year old Roosevelt Coley. Coley was hit by two cars and killed while crossing Oglethorpe at Jefferson Street in January. Warrants are also out for Antwan Fields for obstruction of justice. Police say he owned one of the cars that hit Coley.
