Two vehicles were involved in an accident near Snellville on Saturday that left one person in serious condition and others a little shaken. The incident occurred on Webb Gin House Road near the Brightwater Subdivision, Gwinnett Fire officials said. Crews arrived on the scene to find an SUV and a small compact car T-boned. “There were a total of four people inside the SUV and only one person inside the compact car,” Captain Tommy Rutledge, Gwinnett Fire spokesman said. The driver of the SUV, an 18-year-old male and a passenger, a 13-year-old female, were treated at the scene. But two others in the SUV, a 12-year-old female and a 13-year-old female, were taken to Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital for their injuries. “The 13-year-old was taken by ambulance in stable condition,” Rutledge said. “The 12-year-old was airlifted in serious condition.” The driver of the compact car, a 25-year-old female, was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in stable condition. The names of the victims have not been released.
