ATLANTA — A 24-year-old man has been charged with vehicular homicide and drunken driving after a wreck on Interstate 20. Atlanta police spokesman Otis Redmond says Donis Alexander Hodges was speeding early Saturday morning in the westbound lanes of the interstate when he rear-ended another vehicle. Redmond says the crash ejected 21-year-old Angel Rivers from her car, killing her. At least three other women were injured in the accident. Their conditions and names are unknown. Hodges is charged with first-degree homicide, DUI, following too closely and reckless driving. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation before being transported to the Fulton County jail. The 3 a.m. accident shut down all lanes of the interstate for several hours.
